Refund Policy

Eduwatts strives to provide students with high-quality educational experiences and services. We understand that plans may change and unforeseen circumstances can occur, and we offer the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • Refunds for course withdrawals are available under the following conditions:
  • You are eligible for a 100% refund if you withdraw from the course within 7 calendar days of enrollment, provided the course has not commenced.
  • If you withdraw within the first week after the course has started, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are provided if you withdraw after the first week of the course start date.
  • Course Cancellations by [Eduwatts]: In the rare event that [Eduwatts] cancels a course for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund of the course fee paid.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

For Self Paced Learning:

  • Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of the course. Money back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the course.
  • Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • Refund on discounted or subsidized course fee is not applicable for refund. The only option is to change the course.
  • For Instructor Led Training:
  • Raise refund request within 7 days of purchase of course.
  • Money back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the e-learning course or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than 1 day.
  • Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
  • Refund on discounted or subsidized course fees is not applicable. The only option is to change the course.
  • Refund on a batch rescheduled by the participant is not applicable. If fee submission is done via shopse emi portal or through the edu loan process refund is not applicable
  • If the fee is submitted in part payments, or if a token amount is paid to reserve the seat then a refund is not applicable
  • Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training: Eduwatts, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
  • In case Eduwatts cancels an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund raise request is within 10 days of purchase of course. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
  • In case Eduwatts cancels/postpones an event, the participants who are ahead of 10 days of purchase, of course, will be rescheduled to any upcoming classroom batch without any extra charges and In case they don’t prefer classroom training they will be rescheduled to the upcoming live virtual class.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate 10 business days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
  • If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 10 business days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.
  • No refunds or credits will be available for individuals who fail to attend both days of the course.
  • Refund on discounted or subsidized course fees or services is not applicable. The only option is to change the course or service.
  • Refund on a service or solution or batch rescheduled by the participant or company is not applicable.
