The Japanese Management Course at Kazumi changed the way I look at what leading by example means. I had to pass JFT for my new job relocation. Kazumi Japanese & Culture School’s preparation classes were the best help I got. I attended the Japanese Management Course out of curiosity for Japan’s work culture. This training session ended up being one of the most life-changing experiences. The instructor lectured on kaizen, lean management, 5S and teamwork principles as well as the Japanese leadership philosophy, with actual company case studies. I used some of the ideas in my office and found positive changes in the discipline, work culture, etc. This class was an eye-opener to me in terms of managing the way I look in person, team leadership and productivity. Sessions were just not about management but a way of thinking.
